About Dr. Karen Stallings
I’m Dr. Karen Stallings, an Emotional Wound Strategist with over 25 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families on their healing journeys. My work sits at the intersection of emotional health and faith, helping people make sense of the pain they’ve carried and find safe, practical ways to heal.
I believe many people aren’t broken — they’re responding to wounds that were never given language or care. My role is to help you gently uncover what’s been shaping your responses, relationships, and faith, and to support you in taking intentional steps toward healing and wholeness.

If your'e ready to begin your healing journey,I invite you to schedule a Healing Strategy Session.

I work best with individuals who are:
• Emotionally exhausted but unsure why
• Carrying wounds from childhood, relationships, or faith spaces
• Struggling with trust, boundaries, or emotional safety
• High-functioning on the outside, but overwhelmed internally
• Ready for healing that honors both faith and emotional truth.

How I approach healing:
My work is trauma-informed, faith-integrated, and grounded in compassion. I don’t rush the process or force solutions. Together, we slow down, identify what’s been shaping your responses, and create practical steps toward healing that honor both your emotional reality and your faith.

"This Space Was Created For Hearts Like Yours"
At Heal My Wounded Place, we specialize in healing the wounds you can’t always name, but deeply feel.
The pain that shows up in your relationships, your faith, your calling, and even in how you see yourself.
You may have learned how to function, serve, lead, and believe while quietly carrying what no one else sees. Just because it didn’t bleed doesn’t mean it didn’t wound you deeply. And just because it was spiritual doesn’t mean it wasn’t painful.
This is a space where faith and healing are not in conflict.
Where truth is held with compassion.
Where what wounded you is approached with care, not judgment.
The places that hurt you are not the end of your story.
They are often the very places God desires to heal.
