Healing The Wounds We Cannot See

The Wounds We Don't Heal Often Shape the Life We're Living
When we have unhealed wounds, they go where we go. They show up where we show up. They impact how we think, how we trust, how we love, and how we live. Sometimes we have been carrying pain from wounds we were not even aware were still influencing us. Healing gives us the self awareness to begin understanding not only what we are experiencing, but why.
Meet Dr. K
For more than 30 years, I have had the sacred privilege of sitting with people as they entrusted me with some of the most vulnerable parts of their stories.
I have learned that people don’t need another person telling them what is wrong with them. They need a safe place to be seen, heard, held with compassion, and helped to understand what happened to them.

As an Emotional Wound Strategist, I bring together decades of clinical experience, faith, compassion, and strategy to help people uncover the wounds that may have been shaping their lives for years.

When you sit with me, you don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to have it all figured out. And you don’t have to perform being okay.
Together, we give language to what you’ve experienced, make sense of the pieces, and develop tools and strategies that support your healing and lasting transformation.

This work is personal to me.
There Are Wounds We Carry That Cannot Be Seen
Just because a wound cannot be seen does not mean it has not shaped you.

You may recognize it in your relationships, your boundaries, your response to rejection or loss, or in the places where you overgive, overthink, shut down, people please, or lose yourself trying to keep the peace.

You do not have to keep carrying what you were never given the tools to heal.

What Clients Are Saying
Real stories. Real healing. Real transformation

You don't have to carry this alone
You don’t have to have all the words or all the answers before you reach out.

This is a safe, faith centered, trauma informed space where you can bring the parts of your story that still hurt, the wounds you may not have had language for, and the weight you are tired of carrying.

Here, we slow down. We make room for what hurts. Together, we begin the work of understanding what happened, healing what has been wounded, and developing tools that help you move forward differently.

You deserve a space where you can be seen, heard, supported, and equipped to heal.
