Understanding Emotional Patterns

You will begin identifying the emotional patterns present in your life and explore how past experiences may have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond today.

Week 2

How Your Experiences Shape Identity

This week focuses on how early experiences and relational dynamics influence self-perception, emotional responses, and belief systems.

Week 3

Parental and Foundational Influences

You will explore how early caregiving relationships may have impacted emotional safety, identity development, and relational expectations.

Week 4

Rejection, Abandonment, and Relational Patterns

This session helps you understand how rejection and abandonment experiences can influence connection, trust, and emotional responses in relationships.

Week 5

Grief, Emotional Pain, and Unprocessed Experiences

You will begin identifying areas of unresolved emotional pain and understand how grief and loss may be showing up in your life in ways you may not have recognized.

Healing Forward

In the final week, you will begin developing new patterns, boundaries, and strategies to support continued healing beyond the program.
