As an Emotional Wound Strategist, therapist, speaker, and educator, I've learned that information alone doesn't create transformation. Healing happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to move forward.

Not because women needed another conference.
But because they needed a place to breathe.
